Study On Cluster Innovation Of Culture And Creative Industries

The21st century is the era of knowledge economy in that the industry with knowledge as the core has been developing rapidly. The development scale and level of cultural creative industry which depends on knowledge, culture, new technologies and new modes are becoming one of the important symbols of the overall competitiveness for a country or region. Meanwhile, the transformation of economic growth pattern through the development of creative industry has also become an important strategic initiative generally taken by developed countries and regions. In the developed countries and regions where the cultural creative industry becomes increasing mature, the development model of cultural creative industry cluster has been mostly dominated by the style of cluster development. Some advantages like production cost reduction, innovation cycle shorten, innovation ability upgrading, etc. brought by the cluster have great influence on promoting the healthy and sustainable development of industries. The cultural creative industry cluster has attracted wide attention of scholars at home and abroad and it has become a hot topic in the field of academic research.Because the cultural creative industry cluster is still in the formative stage, how to promote the development of cultural creative industry cluster is still on the level of theoretical analysis and case studies, which cannot provide substantive significance for government’s policy-making. Based on the literature review, some relevant concepts with cultural creative industry will be systemized and its development process in China will be outlined. Then the evolutionary mechanism of cultural creative industry cluster will be studied, focusing more on the action mechanism of cluster innovation for the development of cultural creative industry cluster. Besides, the impact of cluster innovation on the cultural creative industry cluster is analyzed theoretically. Then, the theoretical model of cultural creative industry cluster will be established based on the knowledge distribution theory and the complex adaptive system theory and combined with structure characteristics of cluster network and the knowledge distribution and the impact of innovation on the development of cultural creative industry cluster will be studied by using the numerical simulation method. Finally, some policy proposals for developing the cultural creative industry will be investigated.In this paper, the interaction mechanism of cultural innovation and cluster development will be analyzed by using the method of literature review, establishment of the theoretical framework combined with computer simulation, thus optimizing the innovation policy to achieve the healthy development of cultural creative industry.
