Experiencing the development of the early reform and opening-up, Chinese artmarket has developed until today. After being rich, people pay more attention to theenjoyment of the spiritual life. A part of people who become prosperous first begin toshift from the investment industry to the art, as a result, the art market hasexperienced an unprecedented prosperity. It can be said that caring about culture andfocusing on art, the capitalization of Chinese art is the development of thecontemporary art market, and an important symbol of the art market into thetransitional period. As an inevitable outcome of the renaissance driven by theeconomic development, the capitalization of Chinese art effectively brings morecapitals and resources in the society into the art market, which vigorously promotesthe prosperity of the art market and the development of social economy. As investors,art collectors are not a simple collection hobby, it is more important that the artwork isregarded as an emerging investment. The development of the capitalization ofcontemporary Chinese art will inevitably bring a research of operation strategy.Currently, during the operation of the capitalization of contemporary Chinese art, suchas art funds, art trust, art invests and financing, as well as Art Exchange has realizedthe joint of art and economy. Since art capital is moveable, cosmopolitan, andpossesses a unique character of spiritual consumption, on the basis of the design ofthe ways and strategies of the capitalized operation in the art market, it would begreatly beneficial to construct a more mature art market. The main points of thisresearch will focus on the problems and solutions in the practicing process of theoperation strategies such as the artistic and cultural brand scheming, management idea,operation mode, the pricing mechanism and assessment system, etc. The perfectionof the capitalization of contemporary Chinese art and the capital market of Chinese art, as well as docking with the world provides the theoretical and technical support forthe research of contemporary Chinese art capitalized operation strategies. Therefore, itis very long for the research significance of contemporary Chinese art capitalizedoperation.This thesis mainly has a study on the operation strategies and related issues ofthe capitalization of contemporary Chinese art since the new century from fouraspects. Firstly, it overviews the contemporary Chinese art market, including thestatus quo and existing problems, as well as the background, development, basiccharacteristics and operation principles of the capitalization of contemporary Chineseart. Secondly, it further studies the related theories of the capitalization ofcontemporary Chinese art operation, providing the theoretical foundation for the artcapitalized operation from the aspects of politics, economy and art principles. Thefirst two chapters of the thesis provide the practical and theoretical basis for theresearch of the latter specific strategies. The third part focuses on the analysis of theoperation strategies of the capitalization of contemporary Chinese art in the art market.It designs the operation path of the capitalization of contemporary Chinese art,specifically analyzing the following three major operation strategies: the artistic andcultural brand construction, management idea and operation mode, as well as thepricing mechanism and evaluation system. Finally, it combines and inducts theproblems of the capitalization of contemporary Chinese art operation strategies inpractice. It also gives the referent advices for key issues in order to ensure theeffective implementation of the operation strategies, so that it can study its academicvalue and far-reaching impact generated in the contemporary Chinese art market.
