Preschool period is an important period of psychological development for children. In this period, the development of children’s moral consciousness and peer relations will have effects on their future. Preschool is also a stage of egotism and separation, which makes their fair moral consciousness fuzzy. Children are often confused about what is fair. There are always unfair distribution phenomenons in peer activities. With the development of these unfair phenomenons, it will be easy to make children form some problems on exclusive and selfish behavior, which is not popular among their peer and has bad effects on their peer relationship.This paper uses the instruments, such as pretest, training, study mode back. A part of the Shenyang military region kindergarten children are conducted in children’s fair moral training and peer design position measurement. The experimental paradigm of unfair children designed by Wu Huizhu is used firstly for select the children with unfair behavior. Children’s fair training method presented by Yakebusong and Chen Huichang is adapted for the fair ethics training on the subjects. The children’s social position measurement method designed by Pang Lijuan is used respectively to measure its companion design status in children moral training before and after training, study on children’s moral training using in order to check what way is more effective and prove whether unfair behavior in children affects on the development of peer relationship. And then obtain the following conclusions.1preschool children is easy to appear the phenomenon of unfair distribution due to the self consciousness, moral cognition and fair ethics have not formed,2unfair prone children are not welcome among their peer because of their performance against sharing and selfish behavior characteristics, which is often a disadvantage in social status groups and a negative evaluation. The rate of ignoring in social communication will be increase for these children.3. The story and Cosplay education for the preschool children can change the unfair moral cognition in a certain extent and reduce the emergence of unfair behavior. The process of education on preschool children is not a simple moral education, but contains the training process to increase their understanding and using ability. There are certain differences.between these two kinds of training methods. The effects of training in Cosplay group is a little better than the story group training. However, the Cosplay group training is complex and need take a lot of time, and the number of people in training is large. The requirements are strict and it is not easy to practice.4. There is significant influence social status in moral training on unfair children’s social preference. After training, the children are more equitable and sharing, which increases their friendly image in company and get more attention. But it can not change the unfavorable social status.
