In the society of rapid economic development and intense competition, our life and work is keeping changed, all kinds of different stress around people. And, in our work, we have to control our own thoughts and behaviors to reply all our work tasks and goals. The self-control stress is a kind of uncomprehending occupation stress. We will consume our energy of the self-control when we happened self-control stress, and give rise to emotional exhaustion, absenteeism, etc. So, In this study, we discuss the impact study of self-control lead to emotional exhaustion and withdrawal behavior and regulation effects of characteristics of self-control on the basis of literature research and the organization background of China.This study used the self control requirement questionnaire by Schmidt2007revised, the characteristics of self-control requirement questionnaire by Rosenbaum compiled (translated and review by ZhaiSheng), the emotional exhaustion of the MBI (MBI-GS), the withdrawal behavior questionnaire by Lehman and Simpson compiled, the workload and career development stress questionnaire by graduate student He Jia revised from Central China normal university. This research adopts the research methods of interview, questionnaire survey, and collect all survey data, and used SPSS11.5software to proceed descriptive statistics and regression analysis and credit analysis.This study screening the main factors of the affecting self-control, we determined the various factors through the interviews, and give out the questionnaire to the manufacturing enterprise staffs in five cities. Statistical results shows that self-control have significant effects to emotional exhaustion and withdrawal behavior. the workload have large degree of impact than self-control lead to the emotional exhaustion. the career development stress have significant effects to withdrawal behavior. characteristics of self-control can offset part of the impact of self-control and decrease self effect. The last, The influence of self control requirements and characteristics of self-control regulation are verified in this study.
