With the development of the economy,the proportion of service industry increase gradually,which makes the proportion of males' physical who dominant position of traditional professions declined.Females' employment proportion increases year by year,for women are good at service consciousness,empathy,communication requirements as advantages in the contemporary workplace expand employment.The data show that a considerable number of female employees are engaged in service work within the tertiary industry.Service-oriented work requires individuals to invest in certain emotions at work to provide satisfactory service to customers.But too much emotional input,may be depleted of individual emotional resources,leading to individual emotional exhaustion.Employees in the state of emotional depletion often feel sense of frustration and failure,will not only affect their physical and mental health,but also bring about organizational efficiency and performance decline.However,compared with men,women are naturally sensitive and the pursuit of competitive,when facing the pressure work they tend to produce a series of negative effects on the physical and mental and behavior,thus appeared the phenomenon of emotional exhaustion,so they should get different from the attention of men.At present,the study of work stress and emotional exhaustion,different research scholars defined the concept unederstanding deviation for both,so that the results show a difference.The existing research on the work stress on the emotional exhaustion,the research object is mainly based on the helpful industry,the research object as a professional female research is still less.The impact of job stress on emotional exhaustion,there is a little systematic study.On the basis of relevant achievements both domestic and foreign,this study based on the theory of resource conservation theory.Using the questionnaire survey and interview method to career women as the research samole,who is working in Beijing,Nanjing,Shenyang,Shenzhen,Xi 'an five provinces and cities of career women as the research sample,explore the mechanism of job stress on the impact of emotional exhaustion.Through empirical analysis and interview summary,the main conclusions as follows: 1.There are significant differences on the degree of emotional exhaustion among different cities and different occupations in professional women;2.Effort-reward imbalances has a significant impact on the emotional exhaustion of professional women;3.Overcommit has a significant effects on career women's emotional exhaustion;4.Overcommit plays a regulatory role in effort-reward for the impact of emotional exhaustion;5.High job requirements,low working resources have an impact on the emotional exhaustion of professional women.Based on the research conclusion,the paper puts forward some effective suggestions to relieve the working pressure and reduce the emotional exhaustion.The suggestions as follows: 1.Recognize self-worth,maintain a positive attitude in the face of pressure;2.Design a equitable pay-return system,reduce the level of work pressure;3.Introduce employee assistance program to promote the employee's healthy development;4.Establish a supportive working environment to relieve women's emotional exhaustion.
