The Study Of Cultural Words In Senior Chinese Crash Course

With China’s rising status in the world, Chinese and Chinese cultures abstract more and more foreigners’ attention. As everyone knows, language and culture are interdependent, but they are closely related. Therefore, teaching Chinese as a foreign language is not only teaching Chinese, but still should put China’s culture as an important part in the teaching process. Cultural words is different from the general words, it contains rich cultural information. Therefore, culture teaching is a process of language teaching and culture teaching. Teaching material is the basis of teaching, it also the teaching instruction. So in a way, teaching quality is directly related to the teaching effect. This study aims to treating the cultural words of crash course as the study object, tries hard finding out the textbooks’ writing edit feature from the cultural words in crash course, including their way to choosing culture words and the arrangement of the cultural words., which provides the reference for the advanced Chinese intensive textbooks.The study regards403cultural words senior Chinese crash textbook and275cultural words of New Chinese crash course in senior as the research object, to compare the two sets of textbooks in cultural terms including the numbers, the selecting categories, and the common use. In addition, the study tries to compare the edition, the translation and the exercise of the cultural words in these two books. In the basis, analysis of the characteristics of the prepared crash course and shortcomings, and puts forward some related suggestion to the crash course edition, which can provide reference value for senior crash course in cultural terms.
