In recent years, It appeared the phenomenon, no one dared to help when the old fall and the "Little YueYue" event, based on that, this studied to explore empathy, situational helping behavior of college students impact,from the psychological point of view, using of literature study and a systematic survey. the phenomenon show the interpersonal trust between helping and callers has influenced helping behavior. Meanwhile, the relationship between the study of gender and empathy, interpersonal trust and helping behavior, Helping to provide a theoretical basis for some reference to establish incentive mechanisms.This carried out in two steps. First interviews with50students, prepares a questionnaire situation, and then through data analysis, to elect a significant difference in helping two scenarios,It is the general situation and at-risk situations to help others, then select the Wuhan university800college students as subjects, and formal test, while using "interpersonal reflects pointer Scale","Interpersonal Trust Scale","state empathy questionnaire", to investigate in different contexts the relations between Students empathy, interpersonal trust, feedback and helping behaviorThe conclusions are:(1)Through literature research, interviews, questionnaires and T test to verify the Batson’s empathy-helping behavior assumptions, The empathy and helping behavior of college students is a significant positive correlation.College with high empathy in the face of situations to help others, intends to provide a higher helping behavior.(2) Students of empathy is the cross-situational consistency and the trait empathy is stability, but the state of empathy with the helping situations varies, and regardless of the general situation or risky helping situations, college students with high empathy and willingness wil help others to be more time.(3)The help situation has a certain degree influence on helping behavior, Students’ helping behavior in general situation is higher than in risky situation.(4) Interpersonal trust has a certain extent on helping behavior, college students with expert interpersonal trust is relatively high.(5) Helping Situations and interpersonal trust with mutual influence, in the general situation, The interpersonal trust of students are significant correlation with the willingness to help others, and interpersonal trust on helping behavior has a significant positive predictor.(6) To a certain extent, Helping result of feedback on helping behavior, Whether it is in the general context of helping others or helping at-risk situations, Positive feedback results help to improve the helping behavior of college students; Helping in the general context, the negative result of feedback to help others has no effect on helping behavior of college students, however in the risks, the negative result produce a significant impact on the helping time.
