Chen Yue’s Chunqiu Zhezhong Lun is a representative in writing of Chunqiu in Last-Tang Dynasty. But as time goes by, it spread to the Ming Dynasty had lost. In the Qing dynasty, Zhu Yi-zun, Ma Guohan have been carried out for editing the lose book, but due to the limitation of search range, only fond twenty to thirty articles. Modern scholars of research Chunqiu, in regard to Chen Yue and Chunqiu Zhezhong Lun, only on the basis of these two kinds of this book. Taiwan Dr Jiang Youyu based on the Ma Guohan’s book and continued to looking for, finally found eighty-two articles, has made gratifying achievements. But did not find the articles in the Chunqiu Huiyi, makes the work left a lot of regret. This article will be found in a large number of articles from Chunqiu Huiyi, contrasted with Qunshu Kaosuo Sanzhuan Bianyi and other books, take out the repeat, totally find two hundred and thirty articles, made a major step forward.This paper collect the after six parts’ articles of Chunqiu Zhezhong Lun, including XuanGong, ChengGong, XiangGong, ZhaoGong, DingGong and AiGong, totally one hundred and five articles. And fill the Zuozhuan Gongyan Gulian under each the relevant contents of the Chunqiu, then passes through a comment on Chen said to read and comment. This paper named The Editing and Interpreting Chunqiu Zhezhong Lun’s lose book (The Second Part), with another classmates together to complete this task. We can say our work promoted the job of Chunqiu Zhezhong Lun’s Editing was a big step forward, provided a more complete text to study Chunqiu of Last-Tang Dynasty.
