Chopin and Szymanowski as one of the most important figures in the history of Poland music, Chopin is a pioneer in nineteenth Century European folk music, he is good at absorbing material from folk music, creating a unique style of romantic music language, Poland will be music to the world stage. Szymanowski is a representative of the twentieth Century nationalist music genre, his appearance has broken after Chopin Poland music development remain stagnant situation, after a tortuous road after the twentieth Century music, modern music composing techniques and Poland folk music together, created the Poland modern music on the road.Mazurka is the most Poland the national spirit of the works, in this paper, the piano genre as the research object, by means of comparative analysis, based on the research of the same genre, different period, different composer’s piano music, development path to seek the mazurka, leads us to the two composers and their Mazurka have a more profound understanding. At the same time, also can be more in-depth understanding of the connotation, features piano works, and a new perspective to the piano playing or teaching, the development of national music also has a very large value.This paper consists of introduction, four chapters, conclusion.The introduction part elaborated the author studies the purpose, significance, and research trends about this topic at home and abroad and their own views.The first chapter mainly elaborates the historical development and the creation of Chopin’s Mazurka, Seaman Lyapunov, base of mazurka. The origin, characteristics and development of Mazurka this genre of music analysis, and explore Chopin and Szymanowski each creation of Mazurka, paving the way for the full text research.The second chapter is the creation of Chopin’s Mazurka and Szymanowski comparative study. Through detailed analysis of two composers of the mazurka, mainly from the musical structure, tonality, harmony, rhythm and texture, rhythm and speed aspects.The third chapter mainly from the timbre and key touching, free rhythm, the use of pedal, melodic singing grasp several aspects, to study the Chopin and Szymanowski’s Mazurkas playing the commonness and individuality of the.The fourth chapter elaborated the influence of Chopin and Szymanowski Mazurka and bring through the comparative study of the enlightenment.
