Science and technology likedouble edged sword, because it can not only act as a powerful role in social development, butalso have a negative effect on social, even destructing the mankind. We can see that thescience and technology has brought great benefits and well-beings to us but also raisedserious ethical questions so that the lessons of history is not futile. There are some scientistsdo not care their purposes, whether harm to human beings in science research, so it causing aseries of ethical crisis. We value ethics and moral education increasingly while the ethicalissues carrying the fate of human existence is crucial. Domestic and abroad academia havebeen exploring the topic of what kind of ethical responsibilities should the scientists bear andhow to practice it.
