In this report, the translator mainly discusses the archaism’s conversiontranslation，the couplets’ concise translation, the literal translation of simple sentence,the literal translation and liberal translation of compound sentence.This report can be divided into four chapters. Chapter one is about the briefintroduction of this translation project. Chapter two is about the brief description ofthe translation process and the characteristics of legal texts. It mainly discusses theproblems on the vocabulary level and syntactic level and provides the solution such asthe archaism’s conversion translation, the literal translation of simple sentence.
