After the answer of question is given, its accuracy needs to be evaluated, then this will often involve subjective confidence of respondents. Self-Consistency Model of Subjective Confidence proposes that subjective confidence is a kind of metacognition, similar to the feeling of knowing, but the difference is that feeling of knowing is a feeling of a kind of prospective evaluation, and the subjective confidence is a kind of retrospective evaluation. The confidence rating of certain item’s answer is higher, the possibility of making the same answer to the item is bigger afterwards.Subjective confidence is closely related to item consistency, item consensus and choice latency. Item consistency is within-person consistency. Overall, the relationship between subjective confidence and item consistency is positively correlated, and the relationship between subjective confidence and accuracy can be divided into three kinds:when the answer of consistency is correct, subjective confidence and accuracy is positively correlated; when the answer of consistency is wrong, subjective confidence and accuracy is negatively correlated; when the tendency of consistency is not obvious,(in the experiment, the times of two options appears to be the same), the average subjective confidence has very little to do with accuracy, or they has nothing to do with each other. Item consensus is cross-person consensus. Overall, the relationship between subjective confidence and item consensus is positively correlated, and the relationship between subjective confidence and accuracy can be divided into three kinds:when the answer of consensus is correct, subjective confidence and accuracy is positively correlated; when the answer of consensus is wrong, subjective confidence and accuracy is negatively correlated; when the tendency of consensus is not obvious,(in the experiment, the times of two options appears to be the same), the average subjective confidence has very little to do with accuracy, or they has nothing to do with each other. Choice latency refers to the reaction time. Overall, choice latency and the subjective confidence, item consistency, item consensus, were negatively correlated with each other.Time perception includes duration perception and temporal order perception. Concept of time often comes from space conceptual metaphor, and self-consistency model has been verified in many areas including the spatial perception, then does it can be applied into time perception? The paper will discuss it. The research is divided into two experiments. The first experiment adopts the task of duration perception comparison, discussing respondents’ perception about Is duration perception (880ms and920ms and960ms and1040ms and1080ms and1120ms). Results show that:(1) Confidence rating of certain item and reaction time in blockl has no significant correlation with the reaction of certain item afterwards (rate of repetition).(2) The confidence is not significantly related to item consistency, neither is reaction time.(3) As for the item of consistently correct and consistently wrong, the confidence of correct answer is significantly higher than the confidence of wrong answer, and confidence and its accuracy was significantly positively correlated.(4) The confidence of the consensual reaction is significantly higher than confidence of the nonconsensual reaction, and the reaction time of consensual reaction is shorter, but not significantly.(5) As for consensually correct item, the confidence of the correct answer is significantly higher than the confidence of the wrong answer, and in this kind of item, confidence and accuracy is significantly positively correlated. The second experiment adopts the task of temporal order perception comparison, discussing respondents’perception about temporal order (the order of30ms and40ms and50ms). Results show that:(1) Confidence rating in blockl is significantly related to the repetition rate, but reaction time rating in blockl isn’t significantly related to repetition rate.(2) Confidence and item consistency are significantly positively related; reaction time is significantly negatively correlated with item consistency; the confidence of the consistent (majority) reaction is significantly higher than the un-consistent (minority) reaction; the reaction time of the consistent reaction is shorter than the un-consistent reaction but not significantly.(3) As for consistently correct item, confidence of the correct answer is significantly higher than the confidence of the wrong answer, and confidence and accuracy are positively correlated; as for consistently wrong item, confidence of the wrong answer is higher but not significantly than the confidence of the correct answer; to consistently correct item, the reaction time of the correct answer is shorter than the wrong answer, and for consistently wrong item, the reaction time of the wrong answer is shorter than the correct answer, but the differences are all not significant.(4) The confidence of the consensual reaction is significantly higher than the nonconsensual reaction; reaction time of the consensual reaction is shorter than the nonconsensual reaction, but the difference is not significant.(5) For reaction time, the main effect of accuracy is significant; for the consensually correct item, reaction time of the right answer is shorter, but not significantly; as for the consensually wrong item, reaction time of correct answer is significantly shorter than that of wrong answer. In summary, there are the following conclusions in the present study:(1) In the temporal order perception, confidence rating of blockl is significantly correlated to the repetition rate, but in the duration perception there is no significant correlation between them.(2) In the temporal order perception, confidence and item consistency is significantly positive correlated, and the reaction time was significantly negatively correlated with the item consistency; while in the duration perception confidence is not significantly related to item consistency, nether is reaction time.(3) In the duration perception and temporal order perception, for consistently correct item, confidence in the correct answer is significantly higher than the wrong answer, and in the items confidence and accuracy has a significantly positive correlation.(4) In the duration perception and temporal order perception, confidence in consensus (majority) reaction was significantly higher than the un-consensus (minority) reaction, and reaction time in consensus reaction is shorter than the un-consensus reaction but the difference is not significant.(5)In the duration perception, for consensually correct item, confidence in the correct answer is significantly higher than the wrong answer, confidence and accuracy has a significant positive correlation, but in the temporal order perception it is not the same.(6)Self-consistency model of subjective confidence is not fully established in time perception, and some results of the temporal order perception are different from the duration perception.
