Self-consistency and congruence as a positive, stable state of mind, is an intrinsic response of individual mental health and a basic characteristic of psychological health. Self consistency and congruence is also an important contributor to subjective well-being. Whether a person’s heart is in harmony, determines the individual subjective experience of happiness. In this study, we investigate the relationships among adolescent self harmony and self evaluation, subjective well-being through the questionnaire survey, and to further explore the characteristics of adolescent cognitive processing of different self-consistency level from cognitive, emotional perspective. The results show that:(1) Adolescent self-consistency and congruence is in general normal distribution. Adolescent self consistency and congruence has no significant difference in gender, hometown, school types and whether the only child or not variable.(2) There is no significant difference in students, school types and whether the only child or not variable of adolescent self evaluation. But there are significant differences in gender; self evaluation of boys is higher than girls.(3) Adolescent subjective well-being overall in the upper level and has no significant difference in gender, hometown and whether the only child or not variable, but the difference in school types are significantly. The subjective well-being of non-key schools is higher than key school students.(4) Adolescent self-consistency and congruence has significant correlation with self evaluation and subjective well-being. Self consistency and self cognitive evaluation can predict subjective well-being. Self evaluation plays moderating role in the relationship between self consistency and congruence, subjective well-being.(5) High, low level of self consistency and congruence of adolescent has no significant difference in attentional bias for positive and negative personality evaluation words. But the high level of self consistency and congruence of adolescent show significant differences in memory bias on positive personality evaluation words and the low levels show significant differences in memory bias on negative personality evaluation words, neutral words.(6) Different levels of self consistency and congruence of adolescent identify reaction time on positive emotional words is shorter than the negative emotional words and neutral words. Their free recalls of positive emotional words was significantly superior to negative emotional words, neutral words, and show attentional bias, memory bias on positive emotional words.
