The production and development of red and green enamel tainting porcelain ofMing dynasty in JingDeZhen have important functions as a transition in the historyof development of Chinese painted porcelain.Red and green, as a representative ofcivilian kilns, is a integral part of painted porcelain.However,owing to the shortageof ancient records and related studies,the current academic circles are unclear withthe situation of the industry of red and green color.based on above situation,in thisthesis,I will deeply discuss the concept of red and green color,and differentiatebetween this concept and “Five Color”.Through finishing,comparing and analysisthe handed down goods and archaeological discoveries, further going to date themcarefully,according to their characteristics and special background.according toinvestigate the remain of ancient ceramic production,basically understand thedistribution of the site of ancient kilns.
