Team trust has become a focal point in management and organizational behaviorstudies since1980s. The current study research on the teams of college students. Thecurrent situation of the teams are discussed. The influential factor model are constructed.An intervention are carried on according to the model,in order to Provides reference forcollege students’ mental health educationStudy1revised Company Team Trust Scale and formed College Student Team TrustQuestionnaire.38teams and518participants filled the questionnaire and the data wereused to discuss the current situation of college student team trust. In study2an openquestionnaire research was carried on to explore the influential factor model. Anintervention was done according to the model. The newly revised questionnaire were usedto test the effect of the intervention. The main results are below:1.The reliability and validity of the revised questionnaire are good.(Cronbach α=.904) The results of CFA confirmed the two-factor model of the questionnaire. The fitindices are good.2.The trust scores of college student teams are high than those of the company teams,which are above average. Emotional trust scores are higher than cognitive trust scores. Thescores vary in grades, majors, hometown, etc.3.Cognitive factor, emotional factor and communication/cooperation system influencecollege student team trust.Three factors are closely related and developed spontaneously.4.The test results before and after the intervention (including a delayed test) have asignificant difference, which shows the sustainable effect of the intervention.
