In a word, because of the nature of new internet words, it represents most of the social culture currently, the teaching of culture is so important to the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language, so the teaching of new internet in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language should be maximized.The new internet words have an huge effect on the modern Chinese vocabulary, but it also has a lot of problems, we should pay more attention to these problems in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language, and avoid bringing some side effect to foreign students’study, finally get just the opposite. The main point of this paper is firstly we should understand corrected about the relationship between internet technique and modern Chinese vocabulary, including their positive value and negative effect. Secondly, we will study how to deal with the relationship between the teaching of new internet words and Chinese as a foreign language; at last, we will find out the problems that the teaching of new internet words appear in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language, and try to figure out the solution.
