Research About The Rural Cultural Industry Development In Oasis Region:a Case Study Of Minqin

The cultural industry is emerging industries of the21st century, with low consumption, low pollution, high-yield, short-cycle, strong adsorption capacity of employment, industry related degree, etc.The Distinctive cultural industries not only make it possible to create material wealth but also greatly improve the people’s spiritual and cultural level, which is important to the national and regional economic development, especially for the ecologically fragile rural and remote areas.Minqin Desert is located in the edge of a fragile ecological environment, and development foundation of industry is weak.In response to the ecological poverty, Minqin people have been trying to link the form roots of human behavior and desertification to explore ways of eradicating poverty and to break the vicious circle of "desertification-depleted ". So,The development of the cultural industry will be an important measure to improve the Minqin oasis and increase rural residents’ income.I make a deep research and analysis on the social and economic development and living conditions in rural areas of Minqin in a Micro perspective,which is an innovation.In the article, the first-hand household survey data is used. I conducted a comprehensive study about the condition and status of development of cultural industries in Minqin,on the methods of SWOT analysis and stepwise regression analysis, then draw the following conclusions:(1) In order to develop distinctive cultural industries, rural areas of Minqin should be Based on the unique resources and cultural in Minqin oasis,such as the unique desert landscape, many of the ancient ruins, colorful folk culture and agricultural resources booming.(2) culture industry development in Minqin has some issues,such as Lack of consumer-driven culture and cultural investment results is not significant. But the workforce in the Cultural industries has a greater role in boosting development of Cultural industries.(3) On the basis of SWOT analysis and empirical analysis,I proposed four core cultural industry development strategies,such as rural culture tour in Minqin, folk arts development, folk dining, and cultural industry park.
