With the development and promotion of the "ISO26000","social responsibility" has become a heated topic by the communities. Corporate Social Responsibility has become one of the heated issues in interdisciplinary researches. The social responsibility of Association has been researched by government, academics and industry associations. However, the social responsibility of associations is in its infancy, the relevant theoretical and empirical studies need to be improved. The association is a social organization which can improve the market economic system and achieve economic development rapidly. The social responsibility of Association is inevitable trends of the industry’s own sustainable development, the needs of the progress of the times, and the objective requirements of social development. The associations committed to social responsibility, which has important implications for industry development and stakeholders. Seen from the practice of the China Textile Industry Association who shoulders social responsibility, the Association of China has made significant progress and valuable exploration. However, there still exist many problems and the general level is not high. In order to strengthen the capacity building and enhance the performance, on the one hand, the Association of China should establish social responsibility consciousness, enhance the ability to fulfill social responsibility continuously, strengthen building of Human Resources, and promote comprehensive strength completely, and establish a good communication mechanism are. On the other hand, governments speed up transfer of governmental functions, enhance the independence and autonomy of the associations, and strengthen the management of and supervision of the government etc.
