The Most Honourable Order of Po Sing was originally a reward system of thelate Qing Dynasty for external talent.Twice after the Opium War, the Qingcourt insightful people began to actively learn advanced Western technology,To employ a large number of foreigners in China, the professor from military tocivilian technology, Po Sing that is used to reward the meantime have madeoutstanding contributors.
