Recently, with the rapid development of urbanization, dangerouschemical accidents occurred frequently, which threaten the urbanecological security badly. A newduty-share system of urban crisis management of dangerous chemicalaccidents is brought forward, in which there is a conditional relationamong the government, the market and the public. A management systemof dangerous chemical accidents is put forward, which includes policyand institution system, management organization system, managementinformation system, and culture technology system.
