This study uses the EFA and CFA in AMOS4.0for testing the new attribution theory,withthe finding of three categories—internal attribution、relational attribution and externalattribution. Using a sample of246workers, this study investigates how perception of theorganizational politics moderate between the attribution styles and the Work engagement andwe also discuss this kind of effect between attribution theory and the job burnout. We got theconclusions as follows:1. The attribution styles are consisted of internal attribution, relational attribution and externalattribution.2. The internal attribution has a positive effect on Work engagement, while a negative effecton job burnout. Meanwhile, both the relational attribution and the external attribution have anegative influence on Work engagement, while a positive influence on job burnout.3. It has not found the mediate effect of the Perception of the organizational politics betweeninternal attribution and Work engagement. It also seems to be no effect between internalattribution and job burnout in this article.4. It has found a part mediate effect of the Perception of the organizational politics betweenrelational attribution and Work engagement. It also has the same effect between relationalattribution and job burnout.5. It has found a part mediate effect of the Perception of the organizational politics betweenexternal attribution and Work engagement. It also has the same effect between externalattribution and job burnout.
