Then athorough and meticulous excavation of the rural grass-roots development under the newsituation on the real needs of this nascent mechanism and to identify problems, on thebasis of the results of previous studies. We proposed recommendations to solve theseproblems,which are the Student Village policies, their own quality,local issues and thelegal protection of the Student Village.
