Cadres honest personality refers to the cadres in the work and life of the honesty asthe core of the relatively stable psychological quality and behavior orientation.Discussion on cadres honest personality and its relationship with the public trust ofselecting and appointing cadres, cadres can not only reveal the status and characteristicsof integrity, do what little one can to help for the construction of harmonious society,but also enrich the theory of personality psychology.The research and analysis, questionnaire, expert advice in the literature, the cadreshonest personality structure, after having made a good reliability and validity of thecadres honest personality questionnaires, and then investigated the basic views of the324subjects of the cadre honesty, analyzes the relationship and the cadre selection andappointment. The reliability of the.The main conclusions are as follows:(1) the cadre honesty is a system of multiple dimensions, including honesty, credit,trust and responsibility etc..(2) the party and government cadres with higher levels in the honesty, high credit,responsible and honest level relative to the level of trust. Public trust of selecting andappointing cadres overall in the middle level.(3) the distribution of different units of cadres have significant main effect oncredit, the sense of responsibility, the total score; how much contact with the crowd ofdifferent had significant effect on total score, credit, honesty, responsibility heart; unitnature and how much contact with the crowd together influence the trust.(4) the integrity of the personality and the public trust of selecting and appointingcadres exist significant positive correlation, honest personality cadre credibility hassignificant predictive effect on the selection and appointment.(5) the establishment of the cadres honest personality questionnaire has goodreliability and validity.In summary, this study used a variety of methods, investigates and verifies thestructure and characteristics of cadre honesty, understanding helps to improve cadres ofhonesty and credibility of the selection, and provides reference for further research ofthe integrity of personality and other factors.
