The training and selection of young cadres is a complex and systematic project.It is also a major political task of cultivating successors loyal to socialism.It is a reserve force for the replacement and handover of leading cadres at all levels,and an important guarantee for our Party to always maintain its source of vitality.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),our Party has set a clearer goal for the training and selection of cadres,further strengthening the training and selection of young cadres,and young cadres have more opportunities to grow into talents.Young cadres at the grassroots level are fresh blood for cadres at higher levels and an important source and foundation for the Party and the state to select high-quality professionals.To train and select young cadres is an important political task for the Party committees and governments at all levels at the grass-roots level,as well as an important subject worthy of academic discussion.Based on the actual situation of young cadre training and selection in X district of Chongqing,this paper discusses the current situation of young cadre training and selection in X district of Chongqing and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.From the perspective of public management,it is supported by Xi Jinping's new era young cadre team construction theory,Maslow's demand theory,two-factor theory,career development theory and other theories.Literature research method is adopted to sort out the main methods of training and selection of young cadres in other places.Visiting investigation and questionnaire survey,based on the present situation of chongqing X area of training and selecting young cadres research,summarizes the main methods of training and selecting young cadres,analyzes the existing problems of training and selecting young cadres,and analyze the reasons of problems,to put forward the strategy of chongqing X area of training and selecting young cadres.Through the research,it is found that the main problems existing in the training and selection of young cadres in X District of Chongqing: the vision of training and selection of young cadres is not wide,the ways of training and training of young cadres are not many,the mechanism of training and selection of young cadres is not perfect,and the effect of assessment and encouragement of young cadres is not obvious.In view of the existing problems,analyze the reasons,and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for training and selecting young cadres in X District of Chongqing:perfecting the identification mechanism of young cadres,improving the training mode of young cadres,perfecting the training and selecting mechanism of young cadres,and perfecting the supervision and incentive guarantee mechanism.It is hoped that the countermeasures and suggestions for the training and selection of young cadres in X District of Chongqing proposed in this paper can provide some useful references for the training and selection of young cadres in similar areas with X District of Chongqing.
