Ethical Analysis Of Network Moral Anomie In Our Country

With the rapid development of modern society, the electronic information technology has widespread application in the life of people, and the network as a new area in our life, has caused widespread attention in academia. The essence of the network is the development and extension of human existence, however, this kind of expansion and extension is a double-edged sword. It meets the basic needs of life but at the same time, also caused many problems, so that people have various views on the network. The reason of review the anomie problem of network is in order to make network as a better role on social development and positive significance for human liberation. Humans have the ability to create network, when in the same way, also have the ability to regulate the network. Malicious network behaviors exist on the Internet, because some citizens completely ignore the demands of social norms and presumptuously take care their benefit only. It is not only infringes the interests of others, it caused the bad influence to the whole society. There is no any strict specification to restrict the malicious network behaviors, so a loose stage of creating networks ethics is just beginning. For individuals, most people network do not have strong moral consciousness, even if someone has, it is still in bud stage. Excessive freedom makes the network users have a weakening responsibility and it will lead a moral confusion. These problems not only affect the individual’s physical and mental health, but also can destroy social harmony and stability, leading to the prospect of the collapse of the network ethics eventually.In this paper, starting from the view of network ethics, using literature research, analysis, synthesis, case analysis and sum up method, analyzes the aim of network ethics anomie problems in our country. Firstly, this paper introduces the anomie topic purpose and significance for problem of network moral, analysis and summarizes the research current situation, and sums up the main innovation point of this article. Secondly, the related concepts and the system of the network ethics will be interpreted. Then, the problem of network moral anomie in our country and the reason will be analyzed. Certainly, there are many reasons lead to these problems, so this paper will analysis all of them and then give some solutions from the four main points, respectively is the network itself, network society, network technology, and the network environment and the corresponding solution will be put forward later. Firstly, supply network education training to the service owners, guide them set up core socialist values, and strengthen their sense of responsibility. Secondly, from the society view, the government departments should raise awareness of network moral and make relevant policies and regulations to improve it. Besides, use some technology as a breakthrough. Finally, construct the basic principles of network ethics: respect principle, harmless principle and fair principle.
