College students are the future of our country. Since2008, post90s entered universities. Theygrew up in a period of system transition and various values collision. They are not old enough, lackof experiences. Facing the dramatic changes of situation both at home and abroad, the input ofwestern mainstream values and all kinds of cultural penetration, they tend to suffer from ideologicalconfusion and puzzlement and be likely to have a different perceptional deviation to some degree.The author conducted a sampling survey of the undergraduates’ values in the form ofquestionnaire in Nanjing Forestry University.400post90s college student (undergraduates) and400post80s college student (graduates) took part in the investigation. By comparing, thecharacteristics of the undergraduates’ values are obvious: political values tends to showdeviation, moral values tends to be diverse, values of life tends to be lack of goals, professionalvalues tends to be in pursuit of reality, and marital values tends to admire freedom.College student party members are the most active group among college students, andmeanwhile are the reserves and potential main forces of the Party’s cause. Post90s college studentParty members’ not old party members, and haven’t accepted adequate education concerning theparty spirit and the exercise. The concept of organization and spirit of teamwork haven’t rooted intheir minds. Facing the dramatic changes of situation both at home and abroad, the education andmanagement of the post90s are also under tremendous risks.To strengthen the education andmanagement of post90s college student Party members’ is a necessity. It is beneficial to cultivatequalified socialist builders and successors, to adapt to the current situation both at home and abroad,to promote university students’ ideological and political work and party construction.At this stage, weakness of the education and management of post90s college student Partymembers’ are increasingly prominent. For instance, the college student party members’education and management system is not sound, pertinence is not highlighted, effectiveness isnot emphasized, and team construction is weak, and so on. Under the new situation, combiningwith the characteristics of post90s college student Party members’, the contents of collegestudent party members’ education and management should include the ideal and faitheducation,the core of the party’s education the socialism outlook for honor and dishonoreducation, the party’s discipline education.Therefore, In the new era, to take effective measures to strengthen the education andmanagement of post90s college student Party members’ can be carried out from theperspectives of perfecting system construction, improving the way of education, innovatingeducation carrier, strengthening team construction and so on in order to build new approachesof college student party members’ education and management.
