Research On The Education Of College Student Party Members From The Perspective Of Strict Governance Over The Party

From the strict governance over the party to the comprehensive and strict management of the party,it has put forward higher standards and stricter requirements for the development and management of party members,and reflects the determination of the Party Central Committee to purify the party members.As an outstanding youth group among college students,the party members of college students influence the development of the party and the country for a long time.Therefore,based on colleges and universities,doing a good job in educating and cultivating college student party members and putting a good quality pass is not only the inherent requirement of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,but also the need for the party and the state to cultivate reliable successors.In view of the fact that the current college student party members have weak party members' awareness,vacillated political position and the lack of pertinence in the management of college party members,the lack of continuity in the process,and the enrichment of the educational content of college student members.Through adherence to all-round training and strict management,we need to fill the gap period of the lack of education and training after the correction,so as to achieve the purpose of enhancing party members' awareness and improving party spirit.The article analyzes the basic situation of the education and training of college students in China,and draws the rationality and necessity of the research.Starting from the strict development of the party's development context and connotation,draws the importance of the education of college student party members.Based on the analysis of questionnaire results,it is necessary to summarize the shortcomings of the process,during the whole educational training,and to analyze the reasons,proposes the countermeasures,paths and methods to strengthen the education of college members,so as to achieve the research objectives and the tack of the thesis.
