Study On The Problems Of Rural Land Circulation

Although China has the vast area of land, due to its large populations, the contradiction between human and land becomes more and more serious.Therefore, how to improve the efficiency of utilization of land in China is an important issue. The household contract responsibility system conforms to the historical trend, greatly promoting the development of agricultural productivity, increasing food production, as well as solving the problem of food and clothing of the vast number of peasants, but with the deepening of reform and development of the Socialist market economy, industrialization, scale production of agriculture is going to be an inevitable trend. Because of China’s land policies and regulations need to be improved, and there are large differences between areas, some problems rise during the process of land circulation.That sorting out the information of these issues, studying the causes and solution of problems on our land will benefit to the land circulation and solving "three rural issues".This paper bases on the existing theories, getting datas from fieldwork. By combiding theoretical and empirical analysis, and introducing experiences of Land reform in Japan and Taiwan, so to get some significant references.The author proposes some recommendations in solving the exsisting problems of rural land circulation in less-development areas.
