Due the world history, many countries due it’s own history has transfered their capital, due to various reasons:foreign policy interests (extended or the collapse of Imperials), and because of domestics reasons (economic recession, social disruption, ethnic wars, natural disasters, etc.). Changing times and traditions-countries and their capitals was changing one by one.In the modern history, has been cases of transferring capital to another side. The reason for such decision in economic, like in case of Brazil, or political reason, in the case of Australia. However, there are reasons related to landuseplanning problems. Such reasons relates currently being undertaken transfer Russian capital to the free land side. In the history of Russia have already been cases of transferring the capital from one city to another, but now the case is very different from previous ones. Moscow still be officially the capital of the Russian Federation, but higher authority will be located in a new place. There was join to Moscow a new territories from the south-east.In these areas, it is necessary to start to build a new city with a new for Moscow historical principle.Moscow is one of the few cities in Russia, which have a hundred percent urban functions. is the largest agglomeration in Europe. So happened that city in the20th century has been evolved extensively, mechanically expanding its own borders, that did not match historical reality. Especially in the1990s, the situation worsened due to the uncontrolled development and growth of private cars.In my thesis, I want to consider the advantages and disadvantages of capital transfer, using Moscow example.
