A Study Of Construction Of Harmonious Community Under The Period Of Social Transformation

Constructing harmonious society is to realize our country social economy development the important strategic task, but also the realization of national sustainable development important step. Community as the basic unit of the city, the harmonious and stable development is the foundation of constructing harmonious society, but also the realization of social long period of stability is the important measure. However, in the period of social transition, the social structure of our country is undergoing tremendous changes, the construction of harmonious community is faced with problems. Therefore, how in the social transformation period better to build a harmonious community, the realization of the socialist harmonious society has the extremely important practical significance.This paper take the social transition period as the background, take the harmonious community as the object of study, in the foundation of the definition and study of the basic concept and the related theory, elaborated the necessity, feasibility and existing problems to constructing a harmonious community in the period of social transformation. And selects the Jiangsu province Nanjing city community as the research of typical tea kiosk, through the investigation of Chating community in the period of social transformation, on the one hand, collect relevant information and summarize the community to build a harmonious community experience; on the other hand, using a questionnaire survey and interviews, understand the construction of the harmonious community in the period of social transformation in-depth.Through the empirical study, Chating community exists some problems to construct a harmonious community in the period of social transformation, mainly including:Residents of the community awareness and participation is not high; the community staff is not reasonable and working enthusiasm is not enough; tommunity institutional construction is not perfect and the hardware facilities are not perfect; the construction of community culture is not in place and residents’cultural needs are not met; community congress is not sound and the residents to participate in community construction approaches do not open. The article further analyzes the cause of the construction of harmonious community issues general reason:Both the influence of traditional planned economic system, including the community construction of oneself of orgnaization and capital etc.. Therefore, in the period of social transformation, constructing the harmonious community must enhance the sense of community residents, guide people to actively participate in community building; optimization of community organization, perfect basic level to organize construction system; increase investment, improve the infrastructure of the community construction; community culture construction; the perfection of community residents’ congress system. For community residents to provide a good living environment, promote community harmony and stability, to ultimately achieve the goal of harmonious society to lay a good foundation.
