Hunan Local Taxation Cultural Development Investigation Of The Status Quo And Study On The Countermeasures Of Upgrading

In recently years, with the development of social economy, the thoughts of culturerevive nation and cultural management are deeply into the minds of people. Researches inthose area are unprecedented active and practices in this area are outspread by peopleincessantly. If we want to make the work of local tax more modernizing and moreworldward, it is become to be the inevitable choice to make the culture and local taxwork interrelated together,. The cultural constrction in local tax can vitalize people’spositivity activity and creativity. It can help us to strengthen team spirit and make workmore effective. It also can promote our team construction. At the same time, the cadres’sinner quality and the management’s ability can be elevated.This thesis is going to investigate the cultural constrction in local tax work of Hunanprovince with the theory’s help of Public management Administrative management andHuman resource management. In this thesis we have three parts. Frist,we have specificexamples on local tax work in some cities. Second, we analyze the main problem incultural constrction of local tax work. At last, we systematically elaborate the way how toimprove construction of the culural in local tax and how to push forward the local taxwork.Face to the real problem in work, this thesis provide the developing direction,principles, key points of innovation and specific way of improvement to promote teamconstruction of Hunan province and provide the scientific method to manage the team,hope to make a very impressive contribution on local tax work.
