Research On The Government Administrative Process Remodeling

The Government administrative processes remodeling is introduced the Business Process Reengineering theory to our government daily work, breaking the traditional boundaries of the level of government departments and dissecting the hierarchical bureaucracy, optimizing restructuring, integration of the administrative processes, to transform the government functions and improve services, shaping a public demand for service-oriented government.This article first introduce two ways of the Government’s administrative processes remodeling-"Administrative ways " and " electronic means ". By analyzing the drawbacks of the organizational structure of our government, the government organization should be summed up on the business flow. With the current trend of the big department system reform, we will most focus on analyzing the reform of government departments to the macroscopic flow of business, in order to streamlining of processes through sector restructuring, and structural optimization.Secondly, through an overview of the basic theory of e-government information system, based on analyzing the defects of the traditional comprehensive office hall on, study the integration and integration trend of the E-government Information System in-depth in the process of administrative process reengineering and explore to construct a scientific and efficient e-government information system.
