Research On The Usage Of Construction Of The Public Culture Service System In Bui Lding Harmonious Society

The central committee of the Communist Party of China, the State Council have paid great attention to the construction of the public culture service system since the16th Nati onal Congress of CPC, gradually formed the theory of construction of the public culture s ervice system to fulfill citizen’s basic culture rights. Because of area location, history and hu man culture, caused the backward of Xinyang City’s economy:basic municipal situation of weak foundation, thin bottom, low ability, low annual development level continued for long time. This article reviews the history of construction of the public culture service sy stem in Xinyang City, sort out the existing situation, grasp the practice by Xinyang gover nment organs to carry out public cultural service, analyze the existing problem, discuss d evelopment route. After research, it thinks the public culture service system is the founda tion to push cultural construction, and also the path for culture development.
