Students of entrepreneurship is a fresh and complex subject in today’s China, whichrelates to whether our country can transfer from industrial economy society toknowledge-based economy society and China’s socialist modernization ultimately cansucceed or not. University students enjoy the national financial and social resources,particularly as the special groups enjoy the interests of configuration, so they mustundertake corresponding obligations. As high-quality labor, they start an undertaking forfulfilling their obligations. Since the reform and opening up, socialist modernization arerapidly forward to build a knowledge-based economy society. Make the law protectuniversity students’ entrepreneurship, so embedded in the students’ productivity could bemaximum.Providing legal protection for university students’ entrepreneurship, changing thestatus of less legal protection.At the same time, we need to revise the law and to removeinstitutional barriers so that we can promote university students’ entrepreneurship.Meanwhile,the existing laws ensure university students that they can enjoy the nationalfinancial and social resources special rights and interests of the provisions, we need tofurther clarify its legislative purpose and purpose of legal interest. As a result, it isnecessary to promote the students to undertake the obligations.In order to promote the students to perform the obligations, we must turn the policyinto law; formulate Basic law of university students’ entrepreneurship. Country as theofficial representative of the community will be the main responsibility. But the wholesociety should also support university students’ entrepreneurship. Only in this way, can wemake the university students’ entrepreneurship much better.
