Study On The Implementation Of Entrepreneurship Policy Of University Students In Liaoning Province

In recent years,entrepreneurship in promoting China's economic and social development has played a key role,to a great extent,promote the rapid development of China's economic and social,especially the college students as the main body of entrepreneurial activity,not only to a certain extent,alleviate the major of university students' employment pressure on society,but also in promoting scientific and technological innovation,improve the social productivity,create jobs,spur economic development has played a key role in such aspects,our country college students entrepreneurial activity by the attention of the whole society.However,with the implementation of the college students' entrepreneurship policy,many problems are highlighted,which have negative impact on college students' entrepreneurship.To improve the college students entrepreneurship policy in liaoning province,is to improve college students' employment,help college students employment dream,promote the social development is of great importance,therefore,a variety of channels to improve the college students entrepreneurship policy is very important and urgent.Based on college students entrepreneurship policy in liaoning province as the research object,by comparing the domestic and foreign college students entrepreneurship policy differences,combining the theory of public policy theory,government intervention and the pioneering supply and demand theory,inductive current college students entrepreneurship policy in liaoning province is analyzed with the problems that exist in the implementation process,the college students' entrepreneurial market high barriers to entry,entrepreneurship policy implementation does not reach the designated position,start-up financing policy is imperfect,loss of business information sharing mechanism,the lack of perfect business supporting policies and entrepreneurship policy enforcement and other issues.In view of the above problem,this paper puts forward to set up the loose college students entrepreneurial access system,establish strict supervision mechanism,broaden the financing channels for carving,establish entrepreneurial support information sharing platform,establishing perfect business supporting policy system and strengthening policy execution supervision mechanism and so on six specific perfecting measures,hope to liaoning province college students entrepreneurship policy contribute the better service to college students' entrepreneurship.
