Countermeasures Research On The Existing Problems Of Social Organization’s Administration In Fenghuang Hunan Province

Social organizations played very important role in the process of China publicservice and objects supply. Representing another kind of power of public managementbeside the government, social organizations have active effort in the whole society.As the complement of System of socialist market economy, social organizations aremore and more focused on. Fenghuang is a travelled place of National minority inXiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, located in the deep land of China, where thedevelopment of social organization is beginning. Recent years, as the Governancetheory raised up, government has preceded the revolution of social organizationmanage system. Social organizations in Fenghuang become more important inbuilding the Public governance structure. The investigation and research of thecurrent situation of Fenghuang social organizations have a Prospective Significance tothe construction and development of social organization in National minority area ofthe south-east China.This paper preliminary analysis the overall situation and characteristics ofFenghuang social organizations with the empirical material gained in localgovernment and internet, by the methods of literature research and List of charts inthe guide of Governance theory, on the purpose of finding a proper way of themanagement and development of social organizations in Fenghuang. This paper hasbeen divided into five major parts. Part one, introduction, mainly introduced theresearch background and domestic and foreign research present situation，researchsignificance， method and possible innovation spot; The second part introduced thedefinition and classification of social organization and related theory; The third partcarding the history of China social organization development; Part four analysis theexisting problems and reasons through the research of social organizations presentsituation in Fenghuang. The last part gave advice on countermeasures with threelevels of government, society and social organization.
