Exploration On The Present Situation And Countermeasure Of The Urban Community's Public Security Management

Presently, it is in the period of social reforming with the accelerated speed, the important developmental strategy opportunity of Modernization and the time of social risks in China. Public security of cities is facing the unprecedented challenge; people have paid more attention to public security. The community is the most basic constituent unit in a national public administration structure, the basic environment of living and production and the social movement and management Fundamental unit. The community is the quite centralized place that reflect the public opinions, different kinds of contradiction and question with the Progress and development of the society, people have gradually realized the important role of the community, especially in the maintenance of social security, and promotion of social harmony, How to promote the level of the community public security management which adapt to the urban economy, politics and the cultural development, has become the important issue to study.As the only municipality in the west in China, southwest economy and civilization center, Chongqing is facing more and more secure pressure with the accelerated development of economy and the urbanization. However, can the problems of public security of urban community be solved smoothly? It is not only relates to the development of the city and countryside overall plan, the process of the entire western exploitation, but also concerns the social stability and realization the goal of well-off society of the comprehensive construction. Therefore, in this paper, based on investigation, we selected one representative community in public security management to study, trying to learn the general status of the whole public security management of urban community of Chongqing deeply through case analysis.In this paper, based on thorough study on all the theories and construction practices about public security of urban community, I used different methods such as literature analysis, questionnaire investigation, observing on the spot and deep interview, to point out present situation of case community and prominent problems, and then analyze thoroughly reason., nay, I table a proposal of valid measure that promotes the level of public security management of the community.
