Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Community Social Organizations Participating In Community Governance

In recent years,in the public service,social organizations with its unique characteristics and advantages,to provide a variety of public goods and services,to undertake a large number of government functions,has become an important support for public management and services.However,on the whole,the social organizations in our country is still in the initial stage of development,there are also some obstacles,the function mechanism is not perfect,lack of credibility,the internal and external system,the development of space and environment is not loose,social management and public service function is limited.There is a distance between the government requirements and the needs of the people and the international leve.Therefore,this paper focuses on the community social organizations,and through the elaboration of social organizations in the community management related concepts,background and significance,the paper reveals the necessity of social organizations to participate in community management.Combined with the research of Changzhou City Tianning Subdistrict,the existing social organization is divided into three categories,by analysis of present situation,the difficulties of community social organizations participation in the public servic,then explore the reasons for difficulties from the level of the government,community social organization itself,and society and.To learn from the United States,Singapore,Hongkong,the paper focus on how to better participate in community management from the above three levels,and put forward effective suggestions.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part describes the significance,background,literature review at home and abroad.The second part introduces the general theory of the research.In the third part,Changzhou Tianning Subdistrict is introduced as an example,divided into social organizations into three categories interests,then describe social organization status,difficulties in participating in community governance and reasons.The fourth part introduces the situation of community participation in community governance in the United States,Singapore and Hongkong,and analyzes its successful experience.The fifth part,I give the suggestion for social organization participate in community governance from the level of government,community social organizations,the social.
