The Construction Of Community Management Information Technology And System Design In Industrial Concentration Area

The “2011-2015Construction Plan of Community Service System”(issued byGeneral Office of the State Council in2011) claims strengthen community servicesystem and informatization construction are important parts of community building.As the smallest social structure unit, community is the foothold of all national policies.The community information construction is an effective auxiliary means to promote thedevelopment of community harmony and stability.The community of industrial concentration area is a typical industrial community.Community residents are employees of industrial enterprises in the zone, and they havemore similarities with the residents of university than the residents of other generalcommunity in the city. The community residents are relatively independent individual,and the smallest unit in the community is not "family" but "dormitory". The communityresidents have obvious features, such as younger, mobility, low level of education, easyto follow trend blindly, not familiar with local conditions. Moreover, they lack ofinterpersonal relationship due to the lack of communication in-between. Since thecommunity informatization level has become lower since the community was founded2years ago, community informationization must keep up with the pace of thedevelopment of community and resedents’demand.Based on the research of community characteristics of industrial concentration area,this paper combines the present situation and the development trend of communityinformationization construction domestically and internationally, tries to propose thenecessity of the building information technology in the Chengdu F IndustrialConcentration Area community. This paper analyzes the significance, principles,methods, content, process, funding of the industrial community information building,and finally taking Chengdu F industrial area as an example, elaborates the design andimplementation method of community information system.Industrial concentration area communities in the country are very common becausethe government is trying hard to develop local GDP. The purpose of this study is toprovide reference to the construction of community information in industrial concentration area, and provide a sample of duplicable new model for socialmanagement.
