Bounded Rationality’s Expansion And Restriction In The Subject

The detective work is the foundation of the entire criminal justicesystem.The subject of the investigation plays a critical role in theprocess of investigation.At first,the subject of investigation is acollection of people,they are institutions and individuals who engagedin the investigation of practical activities.If we want to clearlyunderstand the decision-making and implementation process of thesubject,we should divide the subject into three levels of theindividual,organization,group study."Bounded rationality"theory tellsus that human being’s capacity of information is limited.Theinvestigating acts as a kind of human select behavior is different fromother areas personality,at the same time has the commonality of all humanchoice behavior, that limited rationality.In fact,the "boundedrationality"in investigation has also been gradually academiacognitive.Taking three cases for example reveals that bounded rationalityin subject exists in reality. Errors in homicide cases act as a magnifierto research bounded rationality in subject.We have found that the boundedrationality in subject is proved by theory and practive.Then we analyzethe factors that case the expansion of the bounded rationality in subject and specific constraints countermeasures.
