October1954, Khrushchev led a delegation to visit China marks the Sino-Sovietrelations into the "honeymoon period". During this period, Khrushchev actively adjustits China policy to strengthen China’s support and assistance in the political, economic,military and cultural aspects of China and the Soviet Union for the first time on thesame height, relatively equal exchanges and cooperation. In the political sphere, theSoviet Union and China in dealing with international affairs, mutual support andcooperation;, the Soviet Union and China signed a series of economic and technologicalcooperation agreements in the economic field, the rapid growth of bilateral tradebetween China and the Soviet Union; in the military field, the Soviet Union theexchange of military personnel exchanges and cooperation, at the same time, the SovietUnion provided China with military loans and weaponry;, the two sides continue toshare their knowledge in science, education, literature and art in the field of culture.Khrushchev came to power after the Sino-Soviet relations between the two countries toachieve the best period in history.
