A nation or a country is based on culture. Culture plays an important role in the development of the country and the country's political and economic development are inseparable from the promotion of culture. Similarly, cultural exchange is an important driving force of development of human society and civilization, which has a positive meaning for the political trust among countries and the economic and trade exchanges in relations between countries. China and Japan are neighbors, who like narrow strip of water. The two peoples has a long political, economic, and cultural history of exchanges, especially in the culture, the two countries agree that eastern culture system, involving more than two thousand years of cultural exchanges from the education, science, religion to the tea ceremony, flower arrangement and even the clothing, food, architecture and other aspects of these every day basic necessities of life exchanges between the two peoples in the each other and influence each other, in the history of cultural exchanges between the two countries to write a glorious chapter to jointly promote the spread of the oriental culture and development. In modern times, affected by war and post-war special international relations, the cultural exchange between the two countries were a lot of interference, but the cultural exchange between China and Japan had not stopped, instead it was an important bridge between the two countries in the special time. Seventies and eighties of the twentieth century, the "honeymoon period" of Sino-Japanese relations, cultural exchanges between the two countries is reached a new peak, it covers almost all cultural fields, and involve extensive content and the rich of form are unprecedented. Based on the Sino-Japanese relations "honeymoon period" of cultural exchange studies to explore the relations between the two countries, which provide historical experience and direction for two countries; From the "individual" to "universal" cultural exchanges between China and Japan can be the experience of individual countries to promote to the general relations to allow full play the "soft power" role to its cultural.In this regard, the paper will do the cultural exchanges about the "honeymoon period" of the Sino-Japanese relations from the following four aspects. The first part described the origin of Sino-Japanese relations of "honeymoon period", which states the origin of the "honeymoon period" formation from the international background, history and cultural exchanges between the two countries to clarify of the civil support. The second part focuses on the main content of the "honeymoon period" of Sino-Japanese cultural exchanges, which do the presentation from culture, education, technology and personnel exchanges. The third part sums up the "honeymoon period" of Sino-Japanese cultural exchange, as well as the contributions for the development of Sino-Japanese relations. The fourth part summed up the of the "honeymoon period" of Sino-Japanese cultural exchange, and it will get inspiration for today's Sino-Japanese relations and international relations and make recommendations.
