Survey Report On Farmers’ Legal Awareness Of The Agricultural Insurance Behavior

With the tremendous impact of earthquakes and other natural disasters on agriculture, agriculturalinsurance play a role in safeguarding agricultural production have become increasingly prominent.However, China’s agricultural insurance in the rural development process is still relatively slow,resulting in a wide range of issues, there are legal issues particularly protruding. In the most legal issuesstudying by Scholars, the legal awareness of the farmers in the agricultural insurance behavior of thisissue did not get attention, scholars often a band before. In view of this, the article by field researchlearned that the legal awareness of farmers in the conduct of agricultural insurance is still relativelyweak, and on this basis to analyze the reasons for this situation exists and then make relevantrecommendations, with a view to improve the farmers in agricultural insurance behavior awareness ofthe law, and ultimately to promote the rapid development of agricultural insurance in rural areas. Thefull text is divided into six parts; the main contents are as follows:The first part is about the Introduction. This section is mainly on the research background; researchpurpose and the research literature related to this issue were introduced.The second part is about the basic definition of the concept. In this part, agricultural insurance andlegal awareness of these two concepts were explained, Through the comparison of the two definitions ofthe agricultural insurance, agricultural insurance should not be defined as a policy-oriented agriculturalinsurance, including commercial agricultural insurance; through different countries scholars summed upthe legal definition of consciousness is essentially legal awareness as knowing subject, a subjectivegrasp of legal phenomena.The third part is about the questionnaire. This section focuses on the questionnaire design,investigation and method. The questionnaire mainly related to the20multiple-choice questions, threehundred questionnaires are sent to farmers who have bought the agricultural insurance in the threetownships of Tongzi.The main use of the self-administered questionnaire on data collection, in theanalysis of the data on the use of SPSS.The fourth part is about the questionnaire analysis. This section is mainly transported across thechart case-by-case analysis of data collected in the questionnaire, respectively, the basic situation of therespondents and respondents ’legal awareness in the behavior of agricultural insurance.The fifth part is about the research conclusions. This section draw relevant conclusions on the basisof survey data and analyze the reason for this result, concluded through research in the behavior ofagricultural insurance farmers’ awareness of the law, mainly reflected in the concept of the contract, therights and obligations of awareness, human rights awareness and illegal cognition; I believe that thepresence of reasons for this conclusion are mainly poorly educated farmers, less access to legal, judicialenvironment is poor as well as traditional concepts of these aspects.The sixth part is about the proposal of increasing farmers’ legal awareness. This section putsforward some countermeasures and suggestions for the legal awareness of the status quo of farmers inagricultural insurance behavior, Improve the legal awareness of farmers from the farmers themselvesdeparture and external forces to promote the joint efforts of these two aspects. On one hand, farmersneed to strengthen itself in the behavior of agricultural insurance and awareness of the various legalfavorable external conditions; on the other hand, should be established to help farmers increase their awareness of the law, such as to increase the rural cultural investment in education, improve the statusof agricultural insurance legislation and improve rural environment of Justice.
