The vigorous development of the securities market, financial product become variety and complicated by the evolution of the trend, and then the attached financial service is professional. Securities market has become increasingly complex, specialized, is bound to intensify investors and securities institutions in the information, knowledge and experience on the expansion of the gap. The subsequent investors increased reliance on financial services, investment judgment of investors largely depends on the securities investment advice and information disclosure. Securities institutions of the major source of profit is recommend investors subscribe after financial products for commission, if you don’t have a strong and effective rules to restrict to investors buying and selling securities institutions and recommended actions, will appear a large number of securities institutions in return for a commission to investors for toxic recommended regardless of risk. This is obviously bad for the investment market.
