From human practice, according tothe people’s identity and discrepancy we put forward dualism justice, coordinatedidentity justice and difference justice to solve realistic problems. The socialstratification governance precisely is a governance mode based on the difference ofjustice, the difference of justice is the basis of its justice.As a management mode, social stratification management faces the reality of thesocial useful uneven distribution of resources and social gap between the rich and thepoor unrestricted widened.
