Justice is the valuable objectives which has been pursued by the human society, though the meaning of justice is defined as any one of the major theoretical concepts of justice in the formation of the premise, But different times and classes of people have different understanding of justice. Contemporary well-known American political philosopher John Rawls thought over the problem of distributive justice and brought the Western political philosophy into a new period of prosperity. He believes that in reality the distribution is actually in accordance with ancient and modern times'virtue of the distribution and allocation of rights or their variants in operation. But because these principles can not guarantee the allocation of distributive justice.So we need to limit and adjust them so that the distribution of their results are under the guidance of the principle of fair and reasonable as far as possible, while the restrictions and adjustment methods is to ensure that the background of these principles of justice. And in political reality came the sixties, after the chaos and frenzy, Rolls restored the system specification of the status argument in political philosophy, he let people know that political philosophy is the ability to reason and systematic.
