China is in a transitional stage of economic and social transformation, socialcontradictions and social conflicts in the transition phase is easy to focus on theoutbreak, China’s socialist society is facing tremendous pressure and difficultchallenges. According to national conditions of China, which is a socialist countryfor lots of farmers, whose burden were heavier in developed countries than thedeveloping countries, coupled with the the farmers vulnerable groups vulnerable tothe press of a strong group, the self-interest of farmers can not be guaranteed. Inaddition, China’s political participation in the system is not perfect, the farmers’demands are not responding, under the influence of various factors, the increase in thenumber of mass incidents in rural areas, more intense conflict, the situation becomesmore complex, disposal more and more difficult greatly affected the farmers’day-to-day life order, farmers’ production activities is not possible. The event isgenerated for certain groups because the petition is not successful, you win massincidents to their own interests have been infringed, the lack of legal knowledgeIntentionally launching a large-scale protest marches and national interests in order toreap something to group events.
