Educational supervision is the process of supervision,inspection,guidance and evaluation to promote the quality of education and advance the reform and development of education.In recent years,with the rapid economic and social development,the state has continuously increased its investment in the cause of education supervision,and has achieved remarkable results in improving the institutional mechanism of supervision,clarifying the supervision regulations and policies,improving the professional level of supervision,and promoting the construction of information technology,which has played an important role in adjusting and optimizing the allocation of education resources and promoting the fair development of education,which cannot be ignored.As the grassroots organization of the education supervision system,county and district education supervision directly faces the front line schools and plays a pivotal role in the development of education at the county and district levels,and the current state of its practice also reflects to some extent the overall level of operation of education supervision in China.With the gradual progress of education reform and the increasing demand for quality education resources from all walks of life,the work of education supervision at the district and county levels has been confronted with new challenges and higher requirements.How to further improve the standardization,science and effectiveness of educational supervision has become an important issue.Therefore,this paper takes W Banner in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as an example and conducts an in-depth study and analysis of the work of educational supervision.Following the research path of theoretical elaboration-practical investigation-suggestions,the research results on the concept of educational supervision,institutional setting,responsibility positioning and team building are systematically sorted out and analyzed by using literature method,survey method and interview method.On the basis of theoretical elaboration,a practical survey and data collection are conducted based on interviews and questionnaires to understand the current understanding,attitude and views of supervisors,teachers,parents and members of the public on the work of educational supervision,and to understand the current situation of educational supervision practice in W Banner,which shows that the work of educational supervision in W Banner lacks independence in the setting of supervisory institutions,the professional level of the supervisory team is not high,the work of educational supervision is ineffective,and the work of supervisory responsibility zones The problems are not yet carried out on a regular basis.By summarizing and analyzing the results,problems and causes,five ways of improvement were proposed based on the actual situation,including strengthening the authority of education supervision,rationalism the management system of education supervision,building a professional supervision team,establishing a scientific supervision work system and improving the construction of supervision responsibility zones,so as to promote education supervision to better serve the healthy and orderly development of education.
