To better cope with diversified society and complex army environment, the proposal and performance of the psychological contract puts forward various new request and duty for the army reform and construction fundamentally. Facing with the chanceful special social environment and the characteristics of new-period officers and soldiers, it is not only has a major influence on soldiers’ thoughts and behaviors, but also contributes significantly to the army basic organization work in great success. It will be a greater opportunity and challenge to introduce psychological contract into the armed forces incentive mechanism studying. Therefore, it is becoming very important to accurately understand the concept, the meaning and the thorough research of psychological contract.Based on reference and relevant psychological contract theory and research methods at home and abroad, combining with the characteristics and mechanism of armed forces, pioneering to the introduce the psychological contract theory into forces incentive mechanism, deeply research the value and the development of incentive mechanism. This paper also thoroughly elaborated the influence factors of performance the psychological contract between cadres and soldiers, and analyzed the causes of these factors; Put forward some methods and measures to avoid or reduce the negative consequences of psychological contract burst. This article not only clearly listed the necessity of the psychological contract incentive mechanism design,principle and basic train of thought, but incentive model is established to analyze the incentive mechanism establishment stag. On the basis of this, complete the incentive mechanism, improve the officers and soldiers’working satisfaction, offer good ways to explore forces motivating mechanism, jointly build a harmonious unit.
