The phenomenon of "E gao "as a popular form of political participation which has recently prevailed on the Chinese internet, such as "emperor dynasty ","grass mud horse"," river crabs". These popular political discourses have shown us that netizen political participation tends to more diversity. This article aimed from an administrative management perspective combination of disciplines in management, communication, linguistics, political and social culture, then examines what causes act as trigger for "e gao " phenomenon based on political participation of Chinese internet. I will analyze the political implication and intention deeply through a close reading of the three most influential "e gao" instances titled "Steamed Bun" and "Whose harmony", then exploring the impacts of online spoof. Finally, on that basis I will propose some relative solutions to the caution of online spoof for impelling the construction of democratic politics.Granted that these online spoofs neither qualify as rational debates aiming to achieve consensus nor have produced any notable political effects. But it provides a new pattern and way for democratic politics, and constitutes a significant component of civic culture that offers both political criticism and emotional bonding for all participants. These online spoofs reflect the public is eager for information transparency, human rights and democratic politics.
